Can I browse before signing in?
Yes. Published products and their details are available to browse. Sign in is required only to save items, use a cart, or submit a request.
What information is useful for a project?
The door or window type, approximate quantity, dimensions when available, project location, and any notes or drawings are helpful.
Can I upload a drawing or file?
Yes. After signing in, you can attach an image or PDF to a quote or project request.
Are displayed prices final?
Final pricing depends on size, material, finish, quantity, and availability. A published price is a reference unless confirmed in an approved quote.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery is currently available for eligible orders. The store owner can add an electronic payment provider later through secure deployment settings without changing the ordering journey.
How do I follow an order?
Once an order is confirmed, its current status appears in your account. Made-to-measure work begins with a quote request so specifications can be reviewed.
